Drafting Services
I provide drafting services- paper drawings to CAD drawings, existing condition surveys, residential design, zoning research, permit drawings, revisions, construction document, additions, deck design, renovations, new construction, coordination, conceptual, schematic, site feasibility, space planning, millwork details, and other detail drawings.
Current Projects
Currently, we are working on a Bakery project on the Westside of Cincinnati. We are also helping with two schools surveying, drawing, and getting their certificate of occupancy with an local architect.

While working at Simply Architecture, Machi Lutz collaborates with lead Architect, Sara Freudensprung, AIA on several James Avery jewelry stores throughout Texas.

I worked at MI Homes 2021 - 2022 - residential permit, construction, spec, model homes based on options selected.
Sabo Design Associates
New home design, construction documents, permit sets, home additions, renovations, deck design, covered porches, truss profiles, finished lower levels, Cedar Oaks Wellness Center and Dining Hall, multifamily homes.
